John Delante is an image maker based in Tkaronto/Toronto. His work investigates themes of home, belonging, and identity primarily informed by lived experiences as a Filipino immigrant. He conjures a visual syncretic langauge providing a novel viewpoint to generate conversations through topics of mobility, comfort and queer affirmation. John graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography Studies (Honours).
